A lot of Morrisville front yards are HOA-maintained, so what we do here is mostly the back: a patio strip, a fence line, a side yard six feet wide that stays wet because two roofs drain into it. Buried downspouts and a narrow French drain solve more Morrisville problems than any amount of grass seed.

Small yards want small-scale planting, one good Japanese maple, a tidy edge, gravel where the grill and the trash cans live so it stops turning to mud. We do a lot of half-day jobs here and price them that way.
