Here is the sheet. Same one we quote from.
Prices are for western Wake County lots and hold through the end of the year. A typical lot around here is a quarter acre with a front yard, a back yard and two side strips. If yours is bigger, wooded or on a slope, the walk-through settles it and the number is still written down before we start.
Mowing and upkeep

The fine print, short
Four sentences.
Weekly service is billed at the start of each month by card or bank draft, and you can stop with a text. One-time jobs are half down, half when you say it looks right. If a shrub we planted dies inside a year and it was watered, we replace it. If weather pushes your mowing day, you get a text that morning, not a mystery.
